Sponsorship covers the school fees and other obligatory costs for a single school year. Therefore, the cost is different for primary and secondary school. Support for a primary school child is $120/year. Support for a secondary school child is $200/year. The support amount is billed annually.
Money for sponsorship is collected by Sodzo International, the parent entity of Clark MCK Academy. Sodzo International remits every dollar of your donation to the school directly. We have multiple funding sources to help ensure each child can afford the school year, so your donation will be added to general tuition and supplies budget for the current school year.
Yes! Once you begin a sponsorship, you will have the option to send messages to your sponsored child via the sponsor portal. Staff will communicate these messages and, when possible, will provide a response back. Words of encouragement are highly encouraged!
To protect the privacy of the children enrolled for sponsorship, we only provide photos of children for which you have begun sponsorship. Similarly, we do not provide advanced filtering options as we do not want to expose potentially identifying information about the children to non-sponsors. We are excited to provide a photo and communication options once you confirm sponsorship.
